- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the repair process.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in instrument repair, participating in training and development opportunities as needed.
- A strong understanding of guitar repair principles and techniques, with experience working on various types of instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
