Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to meet project schedules and budgets.
  • Interface with design teams, owners, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures, and enforce best practices on site.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, timesheets, and material deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Participate in site inspections, quality control, and assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and other software used in the construction industry.
