Key Responsibilities
  • Unpack and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and assisting customers with their shopping needs
  • Ensure the store is clean and organized, including the sales floor, break room, and warehouse
  • Participate in bakery, produce, and promotional set-up activities
  • Communicate effectively with management and colleagues to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide product over 50 pounds
  • Ability to reach above head to heights greater than 10 inches
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
