Your Role in Making a Difference:

The Healthcare IT Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the Clinical Technology and IT Support teams to facilitate the implementation, training, front-end configuration, and support of clinical IT applications for non-standard contracts. This role will oversee and resolve issues, ensuring they are triaged and addressed, while providing support during the go-live phases of Clinical Applications for both new and existing contracts. This position works in partnership with client success teams to ensure audits are conducted and any challenges are escalated and resolved effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the intermediary between Wellpath and external clients utilizing Wellpath Clinical Technologies, providing immediate assistance during go-lives and addressing user needs.
  • Develop and execute training strategies, identify training requirements, create training materials, and coordinate training logistics, including venue and equipment arrangements.
  • Manage the technical components of IT clinical solutions, maintain user accounts, forms, templates, and integrations, ensuring seamless transitions from implementation to help desk support.
  • Generate and maintain system documentation, logs, work instructions, and procedures, promoting standardized workflows and understanding application dependencies and processes.
  • Collaborate with project management, business teams, and IT teams on clinical technology go-lives, assist the IT Success Manager with client communications, and maintain training schedules and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Three (3) years of experience in a clinical environment preferred.
  • Experience in training groups and individuals using diverse methods.
  • Experience in creating training documentation.
