We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at our Orange, CA plant. This individual will be responsible for ensuring orders are completed and shipped at the lowest possible cost while producing a quality part that is acceptable to the customer and profitable for the Company. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee production operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  • Lead and motivate a team of production employees to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize excess.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
  • Lean experience and knowledge of 5S principles.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Availability for call-in when necessary.

Shift/Schedule: 2nd - Monday through Friday 3pm-12pm

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
