Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Club Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including zoning designated areas and organizing merchandise.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Work collaboratively with managers, co-workers, and other business partners to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and electronic payment systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

  • Estimated annual salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year (based on hourly rate of $17.00-$24.00 per hour).
