The Clinical Manager position at Christus Health offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to lead our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (IRU) team.
Job SummaryAs a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinical services in the IRU, working closely with the Director and Medical Staff leadership to develop, implement, and maintain clinical and educational programs that enhance the quality of care and achieve high levels of patient and provider satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage clinical services in the IRU, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety
- Develop and implement clinical and educational programs to enhance patient outcomes and staff development
- Collaborate with Medical Staff leadership to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Supervise and direct nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical roles in medical/surgical services, with at least 2 years of progressive management experience
- Current RN licensure in New Mexico, BLS certification, and other certifications as applicable to the area
- National certification in your area of expertise is preferred
We are seeking candidates with strong clinical and leadership skills, including:
- Strong nursing knowledge and clinical skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate others and manage teams effectively
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to negotiate deadlines
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
