We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Scrum Master/Team Coach to support a mission-critical system in Washington D.C. with some tele-working flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to facilitate their delivery and remove impediments.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor teams to ensure a quality software product and customer satisfaction.
  • Align multiple teams with different agile methodologies to ensure a quality software product and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Assist team to hold one another accountable to each other and their commitments.
  • Act as the champion of the team's processes, and aim to foster empowerment, collaboration, and team ownership of actions and decisions.
Requirements
  • Active TS clearance.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
  • At least five (5) years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team.
  • Proficiency in using the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket).
  • Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
  • Experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners.
  • Experience with teaching technical teams basic to advanced Agile concepts including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD.
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM-I, or SSM).

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
