Job Description

Restorative Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to coordinate and administer our restorative nursing program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of restorative care principles and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

  • Assess patient health and develop restorative care plans to promote patients' health and well-being.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to integrate restorative care with other healthcare services.
  • Educate and support patients and their families regarding restorative care processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding restorative nursing practices.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid LPN license in Alabama.
  • Experience in restorative care or a similar rehabilitative nursing role.
  • Strong understanding of restorative care principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • A commitment to working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
