Position Overview:
This is a Part-Time, non-exempt role, offering compensation of up to $15 per hour.

Role Summary:
The Research Study Facilitator will be instrumental in executing interviews and overseeing study documentation for various research initiatives. This position necessitates in-person engagement at designated client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete necessary study certification through client-specific training.
- Engage with participants and external stakeholders professionally, ensuring accurate administration of study documents.
- Conduct interviews utilizing specialized software, with a strong emphasis on detail orientation.
- Support the maintenance of a clean and sanitized environment for interview processes.
- Coordinate participant schedules and undertake additional administrative duties as required.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining a high level of detail.
- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and specialized software.
- Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications:
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in market research or clinical research is advantageous.
Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy is essential.
