As a Global Emergency Operations Center (GEOC) Watch Officer, you will be part of a team that supports the client's incident management process. You will identify crisis incidents with potential impact on client assets and work effectively under pressure to manage them.

The GEOC is a fast-paced environment where you will need to multitask, rapidly shift task priorities, and analyze information from multiple sources to assess potential impact to client assets.

You will be responsible for assessing alerts, staffing the 24x7x365 hotline, creating and distributing incident-specific products, and monitoring emails sent to the GEOC Resource account.

We require a minimum of two years of security operations experience or previous experience working in a Global Security, Command, or similar 24x7 operations center environment.

Prior experience in basic security analysis, problem solving, handling preliminary inquiries, incident assessment, and triaging reports is also necessary.

You must have high proficiency in using IT applications, data entry, and retrieval, as well as keyboard skills to at least 25wpm with at least 75% accuracy.

A current state driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a vehicle are also required.
