Position Overview:
As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering therapeutic services to patients, ensuring their recovery and rehabilitation needs are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervisory Duties: Oversee the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Budget Management: Maintain financial responsibility by adhering to monthly budgets for equipment and supplies.
  • Clinical Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans, maintaining productivity levels in line with departmental targets.
  • Competency Areas: Remain proficient in evaluation techniques, therapeutic exercises, gait training, cognitive skills, wheelchair transfers, and applicable modalities.
  • Professional Development: Participate in continuing education and serve as a mentor for new staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulations.

Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in computer systems for documentation and billing purposes is essential. Adherence to organizational policies and local, state, and federal regulations is mandatory.
