We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Colonial Oaks Health and Rehabilitation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, including assessing their physical and mental health needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and document resident health status, including physical and mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet resident needs
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
  • Provide emotional support to residents and their families
  • Document resident medical records and complete reports as needed
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN license in good standing
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
  • A passion for caring for people
  • Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
