We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Health Advocate to join our team at UnitedHealthcare. As a Field Health Advocate, you will be responsible for assessing the health needs of our members and developing personalized care plans to support their well-being. This is a field-based position, and you will work closely with community organizations and healthcare providers to ensure our members receive the best possible care.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. A strong understanding of the healthcare system and community resources is essential for success in this role. We offer a competitive salary of $62,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of the healthcare system and community resources

Location
