Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Exterior Porter - Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our exterior facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned exterior areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Waste Management: Empty and clean all waste containers, remove waste paper and garbage from the premises, and damp wipe containers.
  • Facilities Support: Assist with the maintenance of exterior facilities, including cleaning and buffing metal hardware fixtures and glass furnishings.
  • Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of exterior facilities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial or facilities maintenance role.
  • Skills: Ability to follow written and oral directions, work independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
