Job Title: Paving Crew Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Paving Crew Supervisor to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of crew members and the public who may interact with the job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate crew activities, studying production schedules and estimating work requirements for completion of job assignment in compliance with or beating the job estimate.
  • Maintain time and materials records necessary to complete daily job costing.
  • Train new crew members and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in construction or related field.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
