Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Titanium Electrode Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at ATI. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating furnaces for the production of titanium electrodes used in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate furnaces for the production of titanium electrodes
  • Perform various duties related to the melting process, including loading of electrodes, closing/evacuation of the furnace, and inspecting equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance activities, including cleaning and preparing furnaces
  • Enter data into logs, records, and charts, and maintain accurate and complete records
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and cranes
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a heavy industry setting
  • At least one year of experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or overhead cranes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills and mechanical knowledge
  • Moderate computer knowledge and ability to manipulate data using various programs and computers
  • Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, meters, and gauges
  • Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more
