Job Summary:

A Residential Advisor (RA) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and environment of a dormitory at our Job Corp center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students and ensuring a safe and supportive living space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific floor and foster relationships with students
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and dormitory rules
  • Conduct room checks and maintain case notes for student accountability
  • Supervise activities during students' free time, such as arts and crafts
  • Monitor the dorm through office duties and security cameras

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Comfortable working in a dormitory setting

Work Schedule:

The RA will work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
