Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team at Pinnacle Treatment Centers KY-I LLC. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to our mission of transforming individual lives and communities through comprehensive treatment.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have a valid nursing license in the state of employment and be able to work independently with our patient population. We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, as well as shift differential pay for night and weekend shifts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care and support treatment teams
  • Maintain accurate medical records and schedules appointments
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
