- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice role
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with experience in Family medicine or primary care practice preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant technology
