Job Summary:We are seeking a Monitor/Aide to join our team in Hudson, MA. As a Monitor/Aide, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students on our buses.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the welfare of passengers while in route and communicate any issues with the driver.
- Assist in pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
- Assist students in the loading and unloading process.
- Cooperate and communicate with school personnel, students, and parents.
- Attend all safety and training meetings.
- Conduct emergency evacuations from the bus, including use of exiting by emergency door.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Early morning availability.
- Judgement/problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage high degrees of stress.
