Janitorial Specialist

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our facilities
• Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks, including floor care and trash removal
• Conduct regular maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns
• Respond to repair requests and perform necessary tasks

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cleaner/Janitor to join our team at Culver's. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and demonstrate a proactive and reactive mindset. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout our facilities, including cleaning building floors, gathering and emptying trash, and cleaning restrooms and windows.

• Clean and maintain building floors, including vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing
• Empty trash and recyclables from indoor and outdoor areas
• Clean and service restrooms, including restocking supplies
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Perform building security and safety activities, including checking doors and electrical appliances
• Move equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed
• Inform management of required repair and maintenance activities
• Maintain tools and equipment used for cleaning duties
• Organize and execute spraying of fumigant and insecticides as needed

• Proven experience as a Cleaner/Janitor or in a related field
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and protocols
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning shifts
