Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will design, develop, test, and deploy cloud solution components using cutting-edge enterprise cloud platforms. You will work closely with fellow cloud architects and engineers specializing in AWS to create and manage container apps and use products like Kubernetes to further the mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cloud-based applications and services.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Work with data manipulation libraries, including Pandas, and data serialization formats, including JSON and XML.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, or CloudWatch.
  • 4+ years of experience in the implementation of cloud technologies, including AWS.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Experience in working with data manipulation libraries, including Pandas, and data serialization formats, including JSON and XML.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and AWS networking services, including VPC, subnets, security groups, and routing.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing and optimizing databases on AWS, including RDS and DynamoDB.
  • Experience with programming in Python for automation and scripting tasks.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and work with third-party APIs.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Certification.

Work Model:
