We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Support Technician to join our team at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Key Responsibilities- Operate high-volume scanning equipment to scan documents, including exam answer sheets, student feedback forms, and client surveys.
- Design and create scannable documents, write record formats, and generate reports for clients.
- Manage and maintain our online store, including category and product updates, and process and ship orders.
- Provide customer support for our online store and user support for web applications, including the Network for Educator Effectiveness and Qualtrics.
- Maintain inventory and organization of our saleable items and complete year-end inventory.
A high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. This position is eligible for University benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, retirement, paid time off, and educational fee discounts.
