Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to contribute to the growth of our company by generating sales and developing business relationships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using scripted conversations.
  • Answer questions about our products or services and provide detailed information.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
  • Direct prospects to our field sales team when necessary.
  • Enter and update customer information in our database.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer grievances to preserve our company's reputation.
  • Exceed sales quotas and facilitate future sales opportunities.
  • Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information for future reference.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably in a phone-based sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant computer programs, including CRM software, and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about our products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address customer complaints.
  • High school diploma; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
