- Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly, concisely, and courteously with everyone encountered, including patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain patient charts accurately and neatly, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Monitor and Maintain a Safe Environment: Monitor all clerical supplies for the unit, including printed forms, paper products, and ink/toner cartridges for equipment, and report any safety concerns to management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior healthcare experience preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
