Our client, a renowned general contractor in Massachusetts, is seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to lead estimates on substantial commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of commercial estimating experience within a General Contractor environment, with projects over $10M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and competitive bids that make a difference.
  • Balance a diverse portfolio of public and private projects (50/50 split), bringing in new business alongside an experienced estimating team.
  • Play a pivotal role in the growth of our project base, utilizing expertise to win impactful projects across Massachusetts.

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity with estimating software (Procore and Proest are a plus, though we're flexible).
  • Excitement to join a collaborative, culture-driven office and work closely with senior leadership.
