HVAC Technician

Bay Breeze Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems, including ductwork, vents, and thermostats.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems, using specialized tools and equipment.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Universal EPA Certification and/or state-specific certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
