Maintenance Technician

Seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in Ft. Myers, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a competitive salary of $20.75 per hour and great benefits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical work, with a valid driver's license and a flexible schedule. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairing equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you have previous maintenance or grounds experience, or skilled labor experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and repairing equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting facilities
• Assisting with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or certification in a skilled trade
• 1 year of experience in maintenance or grounds work
• Valid driver's license
