Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in the Produce Department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of associates in the Produce Department
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive a positive shopping experience
  • Manage inventory and merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
  • Computer skills
  • Experience leading a team
  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
