About You

We are looking for talented individuals who possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and work well under pressure. As a Food Delivery Specialist, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences to customers by utilizing standard greetings and telephone etiquette when addressing guests via phone or in person
  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner while acknowledging all customers that come within five feet
  • Follow the delivery steps of service as defined in the training materials
  • Ensure order accuracy and provide menu knowledge to address customer questions, including food allergy issues
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocol
  • Notify management immediately of any potential issues with customers, team members, and/or long ticket times

Requirements

  • Arrive on time as scheduled in full uniform
  • Work directly with other team members to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Serve all food and alcohol within accordance of company standards and state service requirements
  • Maintain clean and sanitized work areas
  • Support other front-of-house functions as needed
