We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA Florida JFK Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions in the unit.
Responsibilities:- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a minimum of one year acute care hospital Neuro Stepdown RN experience.
