Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Progressive Care Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida Englewood Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care in a high acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Progressive Care Unit patients.
  • Provide comprehensive patient education on medications and treatment instructions.
  • Maintain and review patients' records, including posting test and examination results.
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
Requirements
  • Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
