Job Title: KidStrong Coach

At KidStrong Louisiana, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes, developing character, and providing a fun and engaging experience for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead classes for students aged 12 months to 11 years old
  • Develop and implement the KidStrong curriculum
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for students
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements:
  • Prior experience coaching children is preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
  • CPR certified
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
