Nurse Practitioner

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing dialysis treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in dialysis care.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Previous dialysis, ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience preferred but not required.
