Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing individualized care plans to address their specific requirements.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring timely documentation and updates.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to orientation completion.
  • Completion of Act 31 training within 45 days of hire.
