We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Generalist to join our team at Rose International. As a Production Generalist, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of machines within our Bindery Department, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of mission-critical communications to various industries nationwide.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform basic, detailed, and manual machining and assembly tasks to setup and operate machines in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Process transactions necessary for work situations, requiring PC knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure high-quality output and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stage print production materials for pickup and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot machine and job-related problems, using technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve issues.
  • Perform minor machine adjustments, as required, in response to equipment error messages.
  • Assist in the training of other employees and participate in cross-training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Understand, interpret, and abide by OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
