Job Summary:The primary purpose of this Laborer position is to perform a wide range of general labor tasks to support project goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing physical labor activities, including lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying various objects and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform tasks such as concrete cutting, joint taping, backer rodding, joint rehab, and crack sealing highways, runways, and parking lots.
- Use or learn to use various hand and power tools.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Prior experience as a laborer or relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens and background check, including MVR.
