Mixology Specialist

Elevate your career as a Mixology Specialist at Echo Lake Country Club, a premier 18-hole member-owned club in Westfield, New Jersey.

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to create classic and unique cocktails for our discerning Members. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide exceptional service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including traditional and creative cocktails
• Cater to Members' food and beverage needs, providing expert knowledge of our menu
• Maintain a clean and presentable work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Develop relationships with Members to build a memorable experience

• Above the age of 18 to serve liquor in the State of NJ
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• Bartending License from a Bartending school preferred but not required
• Customer service background preferred
• Bar or restaurant background preferred
• Basic spirit, cocktail, wine and beer knowledge
• Ability to stand for long periods throughout the day and can carry up to 20lbs
• Memorization skills: Learn Membership names to build a memorable experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
