Salary and Benefits
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold, quality incentives up to $10,000, $15,000 sign-on bonus, $8,000 annual CME, student loan assistance, paid malpractice, medical/dental/vision insurance, 240 hours of earned leave annually, relocation assistance, and liability insurance. Additionally, we offer a 401(k) match and an Oregon tax credit of $5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated $9,930 in base salary.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team at our new 92,000 square foot facility. The ideal candidate will have prior PMHNP experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The position requires the ability to manage a high-volume patient load, with an average of 14-17 patients per day. We provide a scribe for providers who average 15+ patients per day, as well as lab services on site and access to Epic EMR. Other specialties include Cardiology, ENT, Ortho, Podiatry, Urology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Ob/Gyn, Peds, and primary care providers.
