About the Opportunity

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a skilled LPN to fill a Clinical Supervisor role in our Portland Orthopedic Central location. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising nursing and other clinical staff, developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all procedures are followed properly.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing clinical activities, supervising nursing and other clinical staff, and ensuring that all procedures are followed properly. You will also be responsible for addressing complaints in a timely manner and monitoring and evaluating the clinical care provided by the nursing staff.

You will work closely with the clinic manager to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure that all staff are following proper documentation and chart review procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises nursing and other clinical staff, including hiring, promotions, performance evaluation, skills assessments, counseling and disciplinary actions.
  • Works annually with clinic manager in development of clinic budget.
  • Ensures clinical staff is following proper procedures of documentation and chart review for completeness and accuracy.
  • Addresses complaints in a timely manner when it is regarding the nursing function.
  • Monitors and evaluates the clinical care provided by the nursing staff to all patients.
  • Evaluates and communicates need for quality improvement to the clinical staff.
  • Responsible for all clinic management activities when the clinic manager is out of the office.
  • Supervises and coordinates the delegation and implementation of patient care of licensed and non-licensed personnel for assigned shift/area.
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
  • BLS Certification.
  • 1 year of work experience as an RN or LPN; experience with physician practice preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
