We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our Patient Resource Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized customer service to patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of clinical experience and be a Licensed Practical Nurse. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, assisting callers with clinical tasks, and collaborating with our Clinical Pod and Scheduling Pod teams.
