Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Memorial Medical Center. As a clinical pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate medication orders for drug therapy, appropriateness of use, dose, dosage form, regimen, therapeutic duplication, and drug interactions.
  • Provide pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation dosing, as well as participate in the provision of pharmaceutical care through clinical services, including medication reconciliation and discharge medication education.
  • Oversight of pharmaceutical compounding, including adherence to USP regulatory and compliance guidelines (USP 797 and USP 800 focused).
Requirements
  • EPIC and Automated Dispensing Cabinets experience.
  • Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor or Pharmacy Director experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
