The newly appointed chief will collaborate closely with the Dental Medicine Service Line, hospital leadership, and a team of dedicated professionals, all committed to enhancing community health and fostering innovative, collaborative patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical operations at our multi-specialty office as the program evolves.
  • Lead the division in providing comprehensive oral and maxillofacial services, including reconstruction for head, neck, jaw, and facial conditions.
  • Engage in research initiatives to advance the field and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • D.S. or D.M.D. Degree from an accredited dental institution (M.D. preferred but not mandatory).
  • Completion of a Residency in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery with Board Certification.
  • Current licensure as a dentist in New York State (Physician license preferred but not required).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of collaboration with medical staff and hospital management.
  • Demonstrated experience in division or department leadership, along with research expertise.
  • Recent experience in widely accepted clinical methods and techniques, showcasing strong clinical skills.
