As a Dishroom Attendant at Tommy Bahama, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen. Your duties will include sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, as well as keeping the dishroom and equipment clean and organized. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for food/equipment/kitchenware/tableware storage and rotation, and performing proper cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities
