Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Paulding Hospital. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care on our 28-bed Med/Telemetry floor, which is designated as a Magnet facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to ensure individualized care.
  • Provide patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect cultural diversity and partnering with patients and significant others to set and achieve care goals.
  • Coordinate safe, quality patient care, promoting a respectful and inclusive clinical environment.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe, quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement protocols and procedures to achieve best practice outcomes.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or multi-state compact.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
