Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for young children, implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and communicating regularly with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn
  • Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements
  • Support the center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly
Requirements
  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • An associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
