Behavioral Health Crisis Clinical Supervisor

Center for Human Development, Inc. is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Crisis Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical supervision to the CHD Crisis team. This position works under the general supervision of the Behavioral Health Director and is responsible for supervising clinical staff and program development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor licensure/certification requirements and supervise clinical practice.
- Hold staff accountable for performance measures, including productivity, timely documentation of clinical services, and compliance with regulatory and funding authorities.
- Develop and implement new services, comply with payer requirements, and determine caseload and service coverage/schedules.
- Coordinate quality initiatives, including utilization review and management, clinical chart audits, and service evaluation.
- Act as liaison to Administrative Council, providing clinical knowledge and expertise, and proposing policy and practice.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC).
- Three years of experience in a comparable position dedicated to quality/health improvement in a managed care organization or provider group or governmental agency or similar setting preferred.
- At least two years' experience in dual diagnosis treatment or substance use disorder.
- Ability to function in a team-based environment and effectively problem solve.
- Previous practice experience in a clinical setting and effective oral and written communication.
