We are seeking an experienced Automation Technician to join our team at ProStaffing. As an Automation Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of automated systems and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Calibrate and maintain precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate readings.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electrical systems, and distributed control systems.
- Utilize voltmeters to diagnose electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct industrial maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Work with low voltage systems to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and update schematics using AutoCAD.
- Implement automation solutions to enhance production processes.
- Document maintenance activities and update system records accordingly.
- Proven experience in calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical systems, distributed control systems, voltmeters, industrial maintenance, low voltage systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Certification or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
