Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team at Chichester School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students in need, working closely with teachers and other educational staff to develop and implement individualized programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized programs to address students' speech and language deficits
  • Collaborate with teachers and other educational staff to integrate speech and language services into the classroom
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and other educational staff on speech and language-related issues
  • Monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction
  • Stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy and apply this knowledge to inform instruction
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Pennsylvania license for Speech Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech and Language Pathology (CCC)
  • Thorough knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other educational staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
